Shipping Policy

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Our products ship directly out of our factory in Chardon, Ohio 44024. Our website freight calculator will compute your shipping cost before you order. TRACKING ORDERS We will supply you with tracking numbers for FedEx/USPS shipments (or a PRO # if shipped by truck) once they become available to us. If there is a problem with your shipment, we will do everything we can to resolve it for you with the shipper.

Partial shipments will be made upon customer request. What is shipped will be invoiced and payable according to our payment terms. Balance of order will be shipped when it is available. Customers will be responsible for freight charges on all partial shipments.

All merchandise is packed in an approved manner. Important: inspect all cartons. If damaged do not sign delivery receipt until driver documents carton/product condition in writing. Notify carrier and Northland Online immediately and retain all packaging for inspection so your damage claim can be resolved. By not reporting shipping damage immediately, you will waive your right to a claim. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the buyer once Northland Online delivers its goods to the carrier. All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it leaves the factory; therefore it is the buyers sole responsibility of seeking recourse against the carrier.
